What? Rita performed at the Budweiser Made In America Festival over the weekend, in a t-shirt that can only really be described as all cut up. She paired her "I'm a village bicycle" hat with leather trousers and a leopard print, dip-dye top that looked like it had been in battle with a paper shredder. Clearly, it didn't fare well.
