It's official: Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are engaged and to prove it, Miley's husband-to-be has tweeted a picture of her engagement ring.
The Hunger Games star posted this picture of the ring, along with two detailed captions, on his twitter page last night. "Here's first pic Miley's ring: It was hand-cut around 1880 or 1890 and it's unique and in its original form". He continued with a (cheesy) second tweet which read, "It's a contemporary design based on vintage aesthetics. The light flashes & sparkles no matter where she moves her hand".
One thing's for sure. It's definitely a sparkler. According to Neil Lane, the jeweller who made the ring, it's a "3.5-carat cushion-cut diamond ring, handcrafted in 18-karat gold with intricately carved diamond floral motifs in an art nouveau pattern. And the centre stone is extra special: it's an antique dating back to the late 19th century".
