Her bridal-worthy gown was enhanced by stunning turquoise drop earrings, and paired with a pretty twist updo and smoky russet eyeshadow.
The singer picked up the award for Favourite Country Artist, topping off the in-your-face-Harry theme.
However, there was a slightly awkward moment when she was played off stage to One Direction's Live While We're Young... Someone's head will roll for that one.
