The 43-year-old suffered a dislocated shoulder on the set of her new music video earlier this month, but that didn't stop her looking the part for her with the New York Philharmonic.
"In spite of the pain, I wouldn't have ever missed this moment," Carey wrote dramatically after the show, posting a pic of her onstage where on Instagram. "Thanks for helping me get through it and sharing it with me."
