Helen Flanagan managed to stay upright as she made her way to film 'Celebrity Super Spa' on Tuesday, fresh from the embarrassing tumble she took the night before.
The former 'Coronation Street' star had clearly learned her lesson by swapping her towering heels for a comfy wedged trainer.

The dizzy star had even lowered the height of that new Marge Simpson 'do which had clearly played havoc with her balance yesterday.
Helen was also one of the celebs leading the congratulations to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on the birth of their son.
Tweeting on Tuesday morning, she wrote: "Congrats Kate and Wills #Royalbaby."
