A little girl stole the limelight from a television news reporter by dancing all the way through the live broadcast.

As NBC Chicago veteran reporter Mary Ann Ahern talked about schools in the city, the mini-mover gave a personal solo dance routine – and took the practice of photobombing to a whole new level. However, the reporter wasn't left out of the loop for long.

HuffPost Chicago caught wind of the hilarious live television moment and told Mary Ann via Twitter.

"Your backup dancer is great," they tweeted.

To which the reporter gamely tweeted back: "Trying to get Rahm's dance moves for my next live shot!"

A user on the website Vine called Beelievedahype managed to catch the segment in real time as it aired and posted the girl's impressive moves to her account and asked: "Where's her parents?"
