Toddler Prodigy Can Point Out Most Countries On A Map

While many toddlers might struggle to locate their potty, this worldy-wise toddler can correctly point out most countries on a map!

In a YouTube video filmed by his mum, Aanav Jayakar is seen pointing to each country correctly, as he assesses a colourful map that is almost the same size as him.

Aanav's mother, Dr Bijal Jayakar, a rheumatologist in Cleveland, Ohio, prompts him, asking him questions such as 'where is Australia, honey?' and 'can you show mama China?'.

She told the Daily Telegraph that she and her husband had been teaching Aanav about their home city of Delhi in India, in addition to other capitals, before realising that he would simply retain the information.

"I said, 'Delhi is the capital of India' and he remembered. So I did China and France. The common ones. We started off with easy capitals and in six weeks, he knew 53 of them," she said.
