A man and a woman have been arrested by Greater Manchester Police after bags of the Class A drug were given to a group of Primary school children in Royton, Oldham.
Police have said that the children did not ingest the drugs, which are believed to have been bought for personal use, and ended up being given out by mistake.
The 23-year-old man and 21-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of supplying Class A drugs, and are being questioned.
