Last week, Radio Five Live presenter Richard Bacon told listeners that he might have to dash off – because his wife was having a baby.
Well, here she is – gorgeous Ivy, the 38-year-old presenter's second child with wife Rebecca McFarlane.
Proud dad Richard shared the picture with his 1.49 million Twitter followers five days after she was born.
In an introductory tweet accompanying the shot he wrote: "This is Ivy. She is mine. (Born on Thursday but I forgot to tell anyone)."
He was met with a deluge of congratulatory messages from fans and celebrities alike.
Fellow presenter Lauren Laverne, who wrote: 'SO CUTE! Congratulations! X'
Property guru Kirstie Allsopp added: "Wow! She's adorable, tons of congratulations to You & BB xxx."
And Breakfast TV presenter Susanna Reid wrote simply: "SHE IS MAGNIFICENT!!!"
Richard had previously used his popular Twitter account to announce the arrival of his first child, son Arthur, a day after his birth on October 31 2011.
Richard and Rebecca married at Babington House in Somerset with a mix of celebrities and old friends.
He said at the time: "Rebecca's brought this natural equilibrium to my life and made me a much better person – much happier. It's amazing how much you can change in four years."
