Jockey Daryl Jacob was taken to hospital, but conscious, after his horse Port Melo crashed through rails at the Cheltenham Festival.

Jacob, who won the Vincent O'Brien County Handicap Hurdle on board Lac Fontana, left the races on a stretcher following the collision and received oxygen from paramedics.
