Kim Kardashian's attempt to take a selfie with an elephant didn't work out, because unsurprisingly elephants aren't really in-tune with the whole #selfie game.
Kanye's baby mamma tried to take a snap of herself and the animal while on holiday with her family in Thailand, but it didn't go to plan and the elephant raised its trunk to her, forcing KK to make a dash for it.
Why she felt the need to take a selfie when there were at least two other people their to take a photo for her, we don't quite know.
Then again, this isn't the first time KK's had trouble of the animal variety. Back in 2012 Kim was pelted with a flour bomb by a member of animal rights organisation PETA at her red carpeted fragrance launch.
At the time PETA posted a gigantic billboard in Los Angeles emblazoned with a photograph of Kim wearing a fur-trimmed jacket alongside an image of two foxes and the caption:"'Kim: These babies miss their mother. Is she on your back?" Ouch!
Perhaps the elephant was working undercover for PETA? Fortunately Kimmy managed to see the funny side, posting some candid snaps of her mid-scarper alongside the caption: "Selfie fail lol," after realising the elephant probably wasn't trying to eat her.
The post came after the reality star spent the day splashing about in a swimming pool and taking videos of herself doing the whole "Because I'm worth it," thing.
