This video shows a father pass a CIGARETTE to his baby son – who then takes puffs on it repeatedly before bursting into tears.
Contender for Dad of the Year, he ain't.
The video, believed to have been filmed in Russia, has been posted online where it has outraged viewers, including us.
It starts with the man (let's not call him a dad. He's not worthy of the title) handing the cig to the toddler and then encouraging the infant to have a puff.
Even more shocking (if that's possible), a woman (the boy's mum?) can be heard laughing in the background.
At one point the child points to the fag while his dad is holding it - but when the man refuses to hand it over the child bursts into tears.
The boy then points to a fresh packet of smokes and the father offers to light him one.
The boy, who sits naked at a kitchen table with the man, breathes in the smoke several times during the two-minute video.
One viewer commented: "What a f****** moron, I bet its the mother laughing behind the camera.
"You are without doubt the most idiotic t**** I have ever watched and I hope the appropriate agencies are racing to your address as I write this comment."
Another wrote: "This is child abuse, no two ways about it. This needs to be sent to the appropriate authorities."
