Italian clothing company La Perla was forced to remove a mannequin from its Soho store in New York City this week after an alarmed customer called the brand into question for using skeletal-looking mannequins complete with visible rib cages.
"How does La Perla think ribs on a mannequin is OK," tweeted entrepreneur Michael Rodoy on Monday alongside a picture of the skinny mannequin in question.
