Liverpool are favourites to sign Belgium and Lille striker Divock Origi.
Origi, 19, scored Belgium's winner against Russia on Sunday to clinch a last 16 spot for the World Cup's dark horses.
The teenager, selected for the finals at the expense of the injured Aston Villa striker Christian Benteke, is interesting Tottenham and Arsenal and recently admitted he has "dreamt" of playing in England.
Origi said: "As a little boy, I dreamed of playing in the Premier League. But I'm still young and now I'm in an important tournament I'll try to focus on the team and then my entourage will speak with the club and we'll see what I do."
