According to her bio, Kino MacGregor is "an international yoga teacher, author of two books, producer of six Ashtanga yoga DVDs, writer, vlogger, world traveller, co-founder of Miami Life Centre and founder of Miami Yoga Magazine."
She also has over 312,000 followers on Instagram, 34,400 on Twitter and her YouTube yoga channel has had over 2 million views. Why? Because Kino - who started practising yoga when she was 19 - can do stuff like this...
In the video above, Kino demonstrates a series of postures in a clip she filmed in New Delhi.
Kino starts off in Tittibhasana or Firefly pose - that's an extremely difficult arm balance to most people - before going on to bend her whole body through her legs (yes, really.) And that's not all of it.
The video ends with Kino walking up and down her yoga mat - head between legs - holding onto her ankles. Sounds painful? This girl makes it look like a breeze.
Luckily, for those of us who haven't quite reached the same flexibility level as Kino, there's a whole series of 'yoga for beginners' videos to choose from that look a lot more relaxing.
