Christina Ricci and her husband James Heerdegen are celebrating the birth of their first baby - a son.
US Weekly revealed the news and a source said: "They are thrilled and ready for a change of pace."
Details on the name and date of birth have not been revealed.
Christina, 31, still probably best known for playing sullen Wednesday Addams, didn't reveal her pregnancy until May when she was seen strolling through Los Angeles International Airport with a baby bump.
Ricci met her husband, a camera man, on the set of Pan Am in 2011 and they married in Manhattan in October 2013.

The dress was made by the one and only Riccardo Tisci, who recently celebrated his 40th birthday and also made Kim Kardashian's wedding dress.
Before marrying James, Ricci revealed: "I love so many things about him. He's my favourite person on Earth. I can't wait to have our own little world replete with small beings."
