This delicious fruity snack couldn't be easier to make and is perfect for an after school snack.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
4 Braeburn apples
1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/fan 160°C/gas 4.
2. Use a mandolin or very sharp knife to carefully slice the apples into very thin round discs - cut right through the core as the seeds will fall out.
3. Line two baking sheets with baking parchment and arrange the apple slices in a single layer. Sprinkle with the cinnamon and bake for 20 minutes.
4. Turn the oven up to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6 and bake for a further 10 minutes until warm and chewy.
