Jennifer Aniston Reveals Her Body Hang-Ups

Feeling insecure about the way you look isn't unusual - even Hollywood stars who live a life of yoga, spinning and dieting want to change things about their bodies. And that includes she with the glossy hair and perfect smize - Jennifer Aniston.

In an interview with Yahoo Beauty's editor-in-chief Bobbi Brown, 45-year-old Aniston spoke about her fluctuating weight and revealed the secret behind her flawless skin and healthy highlighted locks (she's just launched her own haircare collection, Living Proof.)

When the make up artist asked Jennifer about her "really healthy" lifestyle, the Friends star said it's all down to "balance," and confirmed she does enjoy eating a bagel every now and again.

"I usually give myself bread on the weekends, but really, my body doesn't love carbs," Jen explained.

"These days, if I was being super picky, I would love to drop 5 pounds. That is just where I have always been really comfortable at about 110 to 113 pounds. But it is harder at this age."

While she's happy to skip bread every now and again, Jen won't be going under the knife anytime soon.

"There is also this pressure in Hollywood to be ageless. I think what I have been witness to, is seeing women trying to stay ageless with what they are doing to themselves. I am grateful to learn from their mistakes, because I am not injecting s**t into my face," she said.

As for her skincare regime, it's all down to the usual favourites - hydration and shut-eye.

"...drinking a lot of water, using really nice good products for your face. Don't overproduct, that's the other thing. Getting proper sleep is always important."

Somehow, she makes looking amazing sound so easy...
