Motivation fails us all at one point at another and it's certainly easier to sack off the gym and watch EastEnders than go and work out. Looking to ditch that attitude and pump some iron, run 5k and master the camel pose like an absolute boss?

After eyeing up those pics we're pretty sure we need to start doing the following:
1. Ballet lessons. The last time we took ballet we were five-years-old and wearing a pink sparkly tutu. Turns out ballet is totally sexy and achingly graceful when you're a fully-fledged grown up and we need to get involved. Stat.
2. Climb a mountain... And look utterly gorgeous in some cool outdoor wear while doing it.
3. Invest in some cool fluoro workout gear. From the looks of things amazing gym clothes make you better at any sport.
