Heads up, The Dorchester Collection Fashion Prize finalists have been selected. Think a hugely talented group of individuals from designers of ready-to-wear, couture and accessories based in the UK, France, Italy, Switzerland and the US.
Big congratulations to: Barbara Casasola, Fyodor Golan, Emilia Wickstead and Huishan Zhang.
The prize carries an endowment of £25,000 to help establish the designer's brand, a two night stay at a Dorchester Collection hotel, and the prospect of one-to-one mentoring from a selection of the judges (Caroline Issa, Stephen Jones, Nicholas Oakwell, Rupert Sanderson and Stephen Webster to name just a fabulous few!) Pretty impressive win indeed.
We'll be announcing the winner after the grand final on 29 October 2013 at The Dorchester, London, where the shortlisted designers will be invited to stage a catwalk presentation and the winner will be awarded.
