Cate Blanchett is currently in the middle of a long promotional tour for Woody Allen's latest film, Blue Jasmine. While this can usually get tedious (another photocall, another glitzy red carpet gown), there's just something about Blanchett's style that's far from boring.
After wowing in a nude Armani Prive dress earlier in the week, Cate continued the lace theme for her latest promo luncheon in New York.
So - what did Cate wear this time? A style classic (although the sheer fabric meant there was a bit of bra-flashing going on). Did this stop her from looking super chic? Of course not. As far as little lace black dresses go, this design by Raquel Allegra looked nothing but beautiful.
All she needed was a pair of killer stilettos to complete the look, and this Roger Vivier pair did the job.
