She shocked Hollywood by revealing her second pregnancy earlier this year when she just had a couple of months left before giving birth.
And now, Drew Barrymore has at last shared a picture of her newborn baby girl Frankie on Twitter for the first time.

With the her littlest one in one arm and her oldest daughter Olive, 20-months-old, in the other, the 39-year-old looks like she's taking motherhood the second time round completely in her stride.
And the t-shirt she's modelling is surely going to sell out quicker than you can say "I love Game of Thrones!"
Branded with the statement "Mother of Dragons", it is a reference to the HBO show and more specifically, one of its more popular characters Daenerys Targaryen.
As well as being pretty cool, all proceeds from this design in particular will go towards helping foster children gain employment in Los Angeles.
Speaking about the recent addition to her family with People magazine, Barrymore revealed Olive can't get enough of her baby sister.
She said: "Olive loves Frankie and just wants to hang out with her all the time. She wants to feed her. She's super into it. That's now. I'm sure things will ebb and flow."
Meanwhile, the actress also talked about what having a family means to her. "Being there when I say I'm going to be there. Creating a real stable home," she said.
"I know when my daughter wants to swing higher and jump into the pool and all of these things, she feels safe. To make your kids feel safe is everything."
