He featured in THAT adorable picture of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge with baby Prince George.
But according to the Telegraph, Lupo the cocker spaniel missed out on one important gathering this year - because he wasn't invited to the Royal family's Christmas celebrations this year! Poor pooch!
Apparently Lupo was left at the Middleton's home in Berkshire for Christmas Day while the rest of the family headed over to Sandringham.
A source told the paper: "The Queen made it clear that Lupo was not on the guest list. The Duchess is especially fond of the puppy and was sad that he could not accompany them. He had to sit it out at her parents' home in Berkshire."
Now we get that the Queen was probably trying to avoid any drama - one of her corgis nearly lost an ear last summer when it was involved in a scrap with Princess Beatrice's pet pooch Max.
We totally get it! But we can't help but feel this decision was a little harsh, it is Christmas and all that jazz!
