Gwyneth Paltrow &Amp; Chris Martin Still Living Together Despite 'Conscious Uncoupling'

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin are still living together despite announcing their "conscious uncoupling". Why? To protect each other from stalkers, of course!

TMZ released legal documents in which Gwyneth filed a restraining order against a stalker, mentioning her soon-to-be ex-husband Chris as a fellow "protected person", revealing that they are both still living together.

We guess things get pretty awkward when he invites alleged new girlfriend Alexa Chung round for a sleepover.

While we were all keen to discover exactly what "conscious uncoupling" meant when the pair published a statement about their separation on Gwyneth's website Goop, it seems we've got the answer we've been searching for.

"Conscious uncoupling"

Definition: the not yet legal dissolution of a marriage whereby both parties are in agreement they'd be better off single, but are still residing in the family home to protect each other from the potential threat of stalkers. This definition is subject to change depending on the will of Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin. Term may be subject to copyright.

Back to the legal stuff, the 41-year-old actress was granted a restraining order against a fan in April and the filing officially lists the singer as a resident in the family home.

The order states Nickolaos Gavrilis - who first managed to gain access to her London house before recently trying to get into her Los Angeles home - must stay at least 100 yards away from Gwyneth, Chris and their two children Apple and MOsos.
