Perhaps she was lacking a little on the makeup front but, otherwise, Gwynnie was on top form at the Hollywood Stands Up To Cancer event in California on Tuesday, which was hosted by Reese Witherspoon and her husband Jim Toth.
She showed off her athletic frame in the edgy David Koma number, which featured a black trim around the waist and bustline.
The actress finished off with simple black heels, and kept accessories to a minimum.
At the event the American Cancer Society and Stand Up To Cancer announced they were joining up to give $10 million each towards establishing a team to fight lung cancer.
Other big names at the bash included Heidi Klum, Selena Gomez and Drew Barrymore.
