Frankie Sandford has spoken about her wedding plans.

Many brides find it hard to cope with the stress of their pending nuptials – a condition for which the term 'Bridezilla' was invented. But not mum-of-one Frankie.

The 25-year-old Saturdays singer is planning her wedding to footballer Wayne Bridge in a few weeks' time, but she's revealed she has no pre-wedding jitters.

Speaking to OK! Magazine, mum-of-one Frankie said: "I'm not a Bridezilla! I'm being very laid-back about it actually.

"I probably feel like I should be a little more stressed than I am, but I'm just excited."

But she has good reason to be.

According to The Mirror, Frankie and Wayne have asked good friend Marvin Humes – who's married to Frankie's bandmate, Rochelle - to perform for them with boy band JLS.

The source said: "Frankie is very close with all the boys and has asked them to sing a short medley for her nuptials."

But, despite the famous faces in attendance, Frankie wants the occasion to be laid-back.

The source added: "She wants it to be a really special cosy occasion. Guests have been asked not to take photos on their mobile phones. It's going to be very private."

Frankie and Wayne, instead of taking gifts, have apparently asked guests to donate to the mental health charity MIND. The couple became patrons after Frankie battled depression.

In the same interview, Frankie gushed about her and Wayne's cute son Parker, saying: "He's the complete opposite of me [looks wise]. He just laughs and smiles and is a little bit cheeky, like Wayne."

Frankie and Wayne welcomed Parker to the world in October last year.

The singer announced his arrival on Twitter with the message: "Wayne and I are so proud to say our little boy Parker Bridge was born this morning. 7lb 13oz. All doing well and absolutely besotted."
