Kanye believe your eyes? These are the very first photos of Kim Kardashian's newborn baby, North West.
Or are they?
Kim and hubby Kanye West have shown an extraordinary reluctance to reveal any details about their daughter.
So photographer Alison Jackson (known for her spoofs of the Royal family) has stepped in, creating these brilliant spoof images with lookalikes to give us an insight into the fabulous lives of the Kardashian-West family.
In the pictures, fake Kim is seen eating junk food and dipping it in tomato ketchup and mustard (spread across her baby bump!), before being filmed giving birth in the delivery room.
There are also pictures of a rap-alike of Kanye doing his daddy duties - feeding North and easing her into a love of music by putting a pair of earphones over her head.
The fake family is even seen half naked and resting together on their bed and taking a bath together as a trio.
