The actress posed with Minnie Mouse at the New York Street area of Disney's Hollywood Studios and pulled some striking model poses.
Katie pouted up a storm in her denim short shorts, which she paired with a fitted blue shirt, tortoiseshell sunglasses, a cool felt hat and bright red lips.
There was no sign of Suri, but it's likely she was there with her famous mum as it's currently Spring Break in US schools.
The mother-daughter's day trip comes as Katie announced she was ending her partnership with Jeanne Yang on their fashion line Holmes & Yang.
But it's still a busy time for Tom Cruise's ex, who recently got back from shooting a film in South Africa with Meryl Streep and Taylor Swift, and who's also currently wowing on the April cover of Elle magazine.
