Kel and her 27-year-old boyf David McIntosh were seen on their way to a gym in LA. The local paps jumped on the chance to get the first pictures of that impressive sparkler.
Kelly - who has just landed herself in American sit-com One Big Happy - touched down in New York last week alone and without a ring on her finger.
It seems David made sure he was carrying an impressive rock with him when he flew out to meet his fiancee in LA a few days later.
According to reports, KB was spotted in NYC by a photographer who congratulated her on her engagement. "Thank you so much," she allegedly replied. When asked if she was surprised she "breathlessly answered: 'Yeah'."
