Pregnant Kim Kardashian has admitted she is both 'nervous and anxious' about becoming a mummy for the first time.
The reality TV star, who is expecting her first baby with partner Kanye West, blogged about her fears, as her birth-date nears.
"As I'm counting the days until I finally get to be a mother, I'm a bit nervous and anxious," the 32-year-old wrote.
"But also excited knowing that I learned from the very best," she added, referring to her mum Kris, 57, who has six children, and sister Kourtney, who has two children, Penelope and Mason.
"My mom is a strong and ambitious career woman that despite her busy schedule and the millions of things she has going on, she still manages to put family first and continues to look out for us everyday," Kim wrote, no doubt hoping she too would be able to emulate these skills once her own little one arrives.
"I'm honored to follow in her footsteps and make her proud like I am of her," she penned.
Writing about her sister Kourtney, Kim said she was simply a 'super woman' who had an 'ability to effortlessly balance work with taking care of two amazing kids'.
As she continued to gush-forth about the amazing women in her life, Kim also mentioned her granny. MJ, who she cited as a 'strong and inspirational' influence.
If you're wondering if the pregnancy hormones have finally overwhelmed Kim, her love-fest was in recognition of Mother's Day, which was celebrated yesterday in the US).
