Ever wondered what it takes to get ready for major red carpet events like the Met Gala or Vanity Fair's Oscars party? If you're Kim Kardashian, the answer is a 'glam room' aka a designated area in your house where you relax in the bath, do your makeup and hair and basically make yourself look beautiful.
Sounds like a design essential and yep, Kim has made space for one in her brand new $9 million Bel Air mansion which has been under construction for over a year.
Although Kim and her husband-to-be Kanye West bought the property in January 2013, the building work on the house has meant they haven't actually been able to live in it yet.
Still, if reports are to be believed, it sounds like it will be worth it when the construction is finished.
Radar Online reports the house plans include "a special room reserved for [Kim's] infamous 'glam squad' who are all paid thousands to be on call 24-7 for West's baby mama."
The celebrity site alleges the room will come with "an aptly-named 'glam bath' that [Kim] can access through metal doors from her master closet," and that the estimate cost for such a luxury "comes in at a whopping $750,000." WHAT?!
Other features in the couple's new pad are said to include a maid's bedroom, a wine room, a music studio, library, gym and a bathroom with his and hers sinks and toilets.
