We hope Kim Kardashian isn't out to start a new trend with her latest look. The reality star-turned-American Vogue sweetheart was spotted with her mum (or should that be momager?) Kris Jenner and half-sister Kendall out house hunting in New York on Friday.
The 33-year-old already has a place in Los Angeles and New York with husband Kanye West, but it seems she's on the lookout for something else in the Big Apple.
Kim, Kris and Kendall accessorised with fluorescent yellow hardhats as they paid a visit to the $21,000,000 (that's around £12.3 million to you and me) apartment - put up for sale by Ivanka Trump and her architect husband Jared Kushner - in the prestigious Puck Building in SoHo.
Kim was dressed in a skin tight nude dress, teamed with strappy gold sandals - not exactly the most practical ensemble for venturing round a building site.
Kendall slipped into a dark denim jumpsuit, paired with black heels and oversized shades, while Kris donned an all white suit.
While Kris and Kendall were seen sporting their safety attire atop their head, Kim - probably reluctant to ruin her immaculately straight hair - held on to hers as if it were the latest must-have clutch straight of the runway.
According to a source Kim's younger sibling Kendall has also "fallen in love" with New York and is keen to have a base there.
"Kendall is serious about her career in fashion and thinks spending more time in New York will help her, she'll also be close to Kim," the insider told the MailOnline.
