The reality star-turned-American Vogue darling touched down at LAX airport on Thursday after sipping on cocktails and sunning herself in Mexico.
Dressed in a clingy black bodycon and suede heels, teamed with the obligatory airport uniform - oversized shades - the 33-year-old was far from the hot mess we usually look like after setting foot off a plane.
Kimmy was pictured making her way from the arrivals gate to her car pushing baby North West in her pram.
The sighting comes just a day after Kim revealed her baby daughter had taken her first steps.
Mrs Kardashian West proved herself to be one very proud mum as she shared a photo of her and North West cuddling up in a beach towel after swimming lessons, announcing the big news.
"Our baby girl finished one week of swimming lessons today then took her 1st steps right when she got out of the pool!!!! Mommy & Daddy are so proud of you," she wrote.
North's famous birth-month buddy, Prince George may have beaten her to the first step milestone we're not sure if the young royal can compete with Kim and Kanye's daughter on the swimming front.
Before making their way back to the big smoke, Kim and Kanye were sure to thank their hosts Joe Francis for his hospitality.
"Heaven on Earth! Thank you @realjoefrancis for letting us stay at Casa Aramara," she wrote on Instagram alongside a snap of her, Kanye and Joe.
