What do you wear to dinner with American Vogue Editor Anna Wintour if you're Kim Kardashian? Why a mega-tight underwear revealing dress, of course!
Kim, who broke her silence over her and baby daddy Kanye West's Vogue cover on NBC's Late Night With Seth Meyers show on Tuesday was spotted showing off her underpants in a grey/green lace number leaving LA's trendy Waverly Inn with Kanye... And Wintour wasn't far behind.
Kim spoke out about her controv Vogue cover on the American chat show, revealing landing the spot came as a total shock to her.
"I knew [the photo shoot] was happening of course," Kim said, "But I didn't know it would be the cover.
"Kanye's the first rapper to be on, I'm the first reality star to be on, and we're the first interracial couple... It's the biggest dream come true and I'm so honoured," Kim gushed to Seth. "And to have Anna Wintour pick us... I'm just so honoured."
She also dished the dirt on the rather, um, eventful photoshoot which saw nine-month-old North West have a little accident all over daddy!
"North peed on [Kanye] right at that moment. He was trying to tell me. I had to get up and clean him off.
"It's a good memory."
