Despite looking a tad tired (who can blame her, she has a five-month-old baby), it was refreshing to see Kim a little more laid-back and less polished than usual.

Apart from a slick of lip balm and a touch of mascara, she was practically makeup-free for her trip to upmarket eaterie La Scala.
And her relaxed look went through to her attire too, with the star donning a white pair of ripped jeans and a simple tee, with a nod to glamour in her strappy tan heels.
