Not content with just one cover, the songstress graces four front pages of the mag's latest issue, with each image representing a different stage in her life.
Gaga was stunning in custom-made ensembles by Balenciaga, Armani, Saint Laurent and Versace. What we wouldn't give to have names like those in our wardrobe.
