They've been a celebrity style staple for at least a year, but Lady Gaga has just come to the cutout dress party.
The singer left her hotel in New York wearing the strapless pencil dress with a nude panel streaking across it diagonally from top to knee.
She added extra old-school Hollywood glamour with red lips and velvet gloves, but, of course, made the look her own with a diamante turban and very, erm, interesting glasses.

The singer has recently been promoting her new album, Artpop, which looks set for a No 1 debut in the UK album chart, despite recent troubles, including Gaga splitting from her manager Troy Carter last month, reports the Guardian.
Anyway, back to the dress: Hot or not? We say hot, hot, hot.
