Lily Allen styled out in a monochrome two-piece ensemble to perform tracks from her Sheezus album at the Highline Ballroom in New York on Thursday night.
There were no whistles but this look was all about the bows - a white halter bralet top with bow detailing across the bust and a high-waisted black skirt with a huge bow sash. This is how the 29-year-old singer does onstage chic.
Bows have had an overhaul this season and the look is OTT rather than small and cutesy - if you're doing the trend, it's got to be big and bold. Think bridesmaid at an 1980s wedding.
Allen is currently in the US promoting her latest album and her outfits so far have covered all fashion bases - dressed down in her Nike Air Jordan kicks, dressed up in her Christian Louboutins and onstage in a figure-flaunting leather jumpsuit or midriff-baring two-piece.
She was also spotted ahead of her gig Thursday evening sporting a pair of white skinny jeans (hats off to you, sister), a black slouchy jumper with an oversized white bow on the right shoulder and peep-toe Louboutins. The arm candy? Chanel, but of course.
The sharp ponytail (complete with flash of electric blue) and the glittery cateye makeup? Bang on.
