That moment when your wife totally upstages you at your own premiere.... Yup, Matt Damon's mrs certainly ruled the roost on the red carpet at the LA premiere of his new film, Elysium, held at the Regency Village Theatre on Wednesday night.
Lucia Barroso wowed in a royal-blue pencil dress that served to show off her gorgeous curves. Accessories were minimal, apart from a ring and gold cuff, which matched her pretty covetable ankle-strap heels.
Ok, we're not saying Matt doesn't look good, because he scrubbed up nicely in a navy suit and tan shoes, thank you very much, but Luciana's star was shining.
Matt's co-star Jodie Foster also attended the premiere for the film, whose storyline, according to IMDB, goes: "In the year 2154 two classes of people exist: the very wealthy who live on a pristine man-made space station called Elysium, and the rest, who live on an overpopulated, ruined Earth. Secretary Rhodes, a government official, will stop at nothing to enforce anti-immigration laws and preserve the luxurious lifestyle of the citizens of Elysium.
"That doesn't stop the people of Earth from trying to get in, by any means they can. When unlucky Max [cue Matt] is backed into a corner, he agrees to take on a daunting mission that if successful will not only save his life, but could bring equality to these polarised worlds."
Sounds exciting. But not as exciting as Luciana's dress, right?
