Meet Georgina Baird. When her second son was 18 months old, her weight reached 17st 8lb and at 5ft 1, doctors warned her she was morbidly obese.
The 26-year-old from Southampton has since lost over half her body weight, dropping from a size 20 to a size 8 and now weighs 8st.
How did she do it? With motivation from her dad Simon, who promised to pay for her breast enlargement as an incentive to shed the pounds.
"It was such a kind gesture," said Baird. "Dad just wanted to see me healthy but he knew I never managed to stick to the diets for long and so he offered me the surgery as a prize because he knew it would keep me motivated."

The offer of a boob job came after Georgina's 40GG bust size decreased dramatically due to her healthy eating regime and three-times-a-week workouts. By the time she reached a size 8, her cup size had shrunk to AA.
"I hated them, I even had special cups fitted into the dress to try and add some shape," she explained.
When Georgina reached her target weight, her father footed the £3,995 bill for Georgina's 32DD breast implants.
Is Georgina happy with the results? Thrilled, actually. "For the first time ever I finally like what I see in the mirror and I can't thank my dad enough because there is no greater prize than health and happiness," she said.
"I have the best dad in the world."
