Former squeaky clean Disney poster girl Miley Cyrus has confessed she prefers getting high smoking weed rather than drinking alcohol.
The singer opened up to Sunday Times Style about her preference for the drug as well as admitting she doesn't understand all the fuss around her new "sexy" image and revealing Britney Spears is her idol.
"When I smoke, I don't get that sick feeling I get when I drink," she said. "Or that anger rising up.
"There's a reason Bob Marley was like some kind of musical Rasta Mother Teresa!" Okay, right.
She also went on to describe Britney Spears - a star who's no stranger to controversy - as "an idol and like a mentor," while confessing she doesn't tend to surround herself with other girls.
Apart from one or two female friends (including gal pal Kelly Osbourne) Miley tends to hang out with the boys.
"Girls are so catty," she told the mag. "I'm not good at being fake, and girls are so good at acting, especially LA girls, because they are actresses.
"I'm like, why are you grabbing my arm now there's all these paparazzi around?"
Miley also confronted the hysteria surrounding her new sexed up image. "People forget what growing up is... When you're 20, you do some crazy shit, because you're trying to figure out who you are," she said.
"Besides, kids know everything under the sun. If they have an iPhone, they're watching porn. Watching me grinding a little in some white leggings in the video for We Can't Stop is nothing compared to what your 12-year-old son is watching under the sheets."
Well, if there's one thing we've learnt from this latest piece from Miley, it's that this girl CERTAINLY doesn't mince her words.
