The actress - of The OC fame - was visiting the Italian capital to promote her the photo call for her new movie Hope Lost but still found time to see a few of the sights.
She was pictured at the Piazza Del Popolo wearing a pretty minidress which was black at the front and white at the back. The back of the dress gathered into pleats to create a v-neck shape.
She finished her look with a pair of black strappy sandals and a white clutch handbag.
For the beauty, Miss Barton opted for a dark red matte lip.
London-born actress Mischa stars in her new film alongside Danny Trejo and Michael Madsen, and the film will be a new crime thriller set in the sex-trafficking world.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Barton will play a young Romanian girl who dreams of living a glamorous life.
