My Work Style: Charli London

London-based label Charli is all about sophisticated, timeless style for women - think luxe jersey, cashmere and linen that you'd wear whatever the occasion.

When it comes to dressing for the office, the team know exactly how to do casual-smart-chic. We stopped by to get some tips on putting together the perfect work wardrobe.

Irina Mateescu, online and wholesale logistics manager, wears the shell Tuula vest top and sky blue shirt from Charli's Spring/Summer 2014 collection, black palazzo trousers from H&M and white strappy sandals from &Other Stories.

How would Irina describe her work style? "I like minimal, classic pieces that reflect my personality. I'm very chilled and calm so I don't look to look too out there."

Irina masters the art of effortless chic and gets style inspiration from friends, art, exhibitions, magazines and websites like Dazed & Confused and Wired.

Beatriz Gracia-Suna, head of operations and logistics, wears a grey linen top from Charli S/S 2014 with royal blue trousers from Zara, a leather jacket from The Kooples and ponyskin slip-on sandals which were handmade in Formentera.

The Pauric Sweeney handbag is just one of the many designer bags in her wardrobe, "I always invest in good handbags, boots and jackets" she tells us.

As for the fabulous ruby-encrusted spider ring? Beatriz bought it at an auction, she also has a panther engagement ring.

What are her work style staples? "Trainers (New Balance or Golden Goose), skinny jeans, Charli jumpers, Jimmy Choo biker boots and in the winter I wear my Hermes riding boots - which I love."

Style icons? Angelina Jolie and Charlotte Casiraghi.

Sabina Ebrahim, international sales manager, wears a linen top and black Pippa leggings from Charli, a jacket by Etro, Golden Goose trainers, a dagger pendant from Lei Van Kash and a fabulous vintage cuff-bracelet. The white nail polish is Essi's Figi shade.

Where does she get her fashion inspiration?

Sangita Ebrahim, her mum and the creative director at Charli - for her effortless, sophisticated style. "I also travel a lot in my role, and we showcase collections during Paris, Milan and New York Fashion Week so that's great for getting inspiration. New York has the best street style - it's really eclectic."

How would Sabina describe her work style? "Laid back and comfortable - I wear skinny jeans, tees and trainers a lot.

"Feeling confident in what you wear to work is really important - whether it's high tops or heels."

Deborah Monopoly, sales associate, wears a black tank top from Charli with a floral print skirt by D. Exterior and white sandals from Beyond Retro.

Her killer red lipstick is by Dolce & Gabbana and looks incredible with her long dark tresses and full fringe.

When it comes to trends Deborah is all about? "Vintage, I love 1970s style maxi dresses and skirts so I'm always in Brighton or on Brick Lane seeing what's around."
