My Work Style: Ciate

British beauty brand Ciate are all about the latest trends and colours in nail polish. We popped into its HQ to meet the full team, swoon at their Alice in Wonderland inspired interiors (best meeting room ever) and check out how they do work style.

Managing Director, Adam Dargan masters the art of dapper-gent dressing in a classic Harris Tweed jacket, Windsor collar shirt and tie from Topman, mustard yellow jumper from Asos and Mudd jeans.

Adam's look is smart-professional and the Gucci specs and Ask the Missus brogues combo is exactly that. The polka dot socks a la Topshop prove he's all about a good colour co-ordination too.

Where does Adam get his style inspiration? "GQ magazine do a great men's shopping edit, but I also love Mr Porter and AllSaints."

On the grooming front (because he totally is)? "I cleanse and moisturise morning and night, plus I exfoliate twice a week."

Sophie Huddy, Creative Marketing Manager, wears a bright pink dress and wedge high tops from Topshop, a statement necklace from French Connection, rose gold Michael Kors watch, and silver Pandora bracelet.

Her nail polish du jour? It's Ciate's Chinchilla shade.

When it comes to dressing for the office Sophie keeps her look low-key with basics (skater dress or skinny jeans) and jazzes things up with standout accessories.

Amelia Reynolds, New Product Development Co-ordinator, teams a jumper (a slogan gem she bought online) with a leather skirt from Zara and black suede boots from New Look.

Accessories wise, Amelia works in her favourite high street brands - Asos watch, Primark ring and Forever21 necklace.

Beauty must-have? "Covergirl's shade of Euphoria lipstick, but my hair is my thing and I like it poker straight." Nail colour combo? Ciate's Unrestricted glam and Antique Brooch on the tips.

Creative Brand Designer, Hannah Griffiths is all about the pastel trend and wears a print top and zip-front mini skirt from &Other Stories, H&M trainer boots, Michael Kors watch, chunky necklace from Accessorize and leather bracelets from Whistles.

The smart specs are by Prodesign Denmark and the killer lippy is Chanel's La Diva. "I like my work wardrobe to reflect my creative role at Ciate - I love bright colours and graphic prints."

Olivia Cavill is Ciate's PR and Marketing Manager, her look is pretty eclectic and she likes to mix high street trends with fabulous vintage accessories. The Topshop tee, burgundy River Island pencil skirt and AMAZING perspex, studded sandals by Jeffrey Cambell combo is tres cool.

Olivia also wears a Michael Kors watch (it's the must-have accessory in this office), vintage Chanel earrings, jewellery by Astrid & Miyu, Swarovski bracelet and bling ring (designed in South Africa on her travels.)

"I love Jeffrey Cambell, and I have a serious thing for wedge trainers. I own at least six pairs!"

When it comes to hair and beauty, Olivia's can't-live-without items are tinted moisturiser, a good lipgloss and Ciate's Dangerous Affair rouge noir nail polish. Her shampoo and conditioner is from the Percy & Reed collection and she swears by argan oil for guaranteed glossy tresses.

"I can get ready for work in about 45 minutes, and that includes taking the time to whizz up a green juice. Ingredients wise I add: apple, celery, cucumber, lime, spinach and avocado."

Super-healthy and seriously stylish in the work wardrobe department.

Joseph Ansu, Supply Chain Co-ordinator, masters the art of dapper dressing in a gingham shirt from Next, a navy jumper from H&M and Topman jeans. The kicks are by Saucony which he bought in the US.

"I'm a trainers man, I have at least 30 pairs with about 10 on rotation - all of which I got on eBay."

Where does Joseph go to shop his work wardrobe? Urban Outfitters, Offspring and Topman.
