My Work Style: Easton Regal Hairdressing

The team at Easton Regal Hairdressing in London's east end are so stylish, you get fashion inspiration every time you pop in. We swung by to talk work style and get some sartorial tips...

Lauren Shepherd heads up the in house PR at Easton Regal Hairdressing and does front of house in the salon, she puts the floral trend to work in a technicolour dress and matching statement necklace from Zara teamed with pink suede Christian Louboutins.

Accessories-wise, Lauren wears a Rolex watch, Saint Laurent charm bracelet and carries a tan handbag by Fendi.

"Shoes and handbags are my thing, and I treat myself to a designer bag about once a year."

Her favourite summer 2014 trends? "I loved the pastels from the Burberry catwalk (especially that lemon shade!), but I also go for metallics and florals."

Jade Arif, colour technician, looks amazing in a matchy pink tartan two-piece from Glitters For Dinner, frilly ankle socks from Camden market and black Creepers from Underground.

The awesome cherry hair clips and choker necklace are both from eBay and her watch is by Casio. Jade's incredible tattoos were done at Into You Tattoo just round the corner from the salon.

"My work style is mainly black but I love Japanese-inspired dolly looks, the cutesy stuff that's also really edgy."

When it comes to style inspiration, she gets hers from social media platforms. "I think Instagram is great for checking out cool street style and finding unusual brands - I like Om Weekend and Glitters For Dinner."

Stylist, Amy Loder wears a fabulous pink print jacket with black cami both from Primark, a black skirt with leather-look peplum detailing from H&M and patent loafers from River Island.

The pastel pink bag from Dune is her latest purchase, the watch is by Michael Kors and the killer lipstick is Topshop's shade of Ooh La La.

She's a girl after our own hearts when it comes to makeup and her must-have is Rimmel's Lash Accelerator mascara.

Who's style does Amy love? "Definitely Fearne Cotton - she's so cool and pretty boisterous with her fashion but in a way that still looks glam and girly."

Hannah Akerman is an art director and wears a fluoro leopard print shirt from Asda (amazing!), a leather skirt from Topshop and black suede heels from Marks & Spencer.

The beautiful tan handbag is by Marc Jacobs and the black and gold necklace is from Joy.

"I'm definitely a high street girl - I love H&M, Topshop and New Look."

Hannah's work style staples? "Black skirts and dresses, patent loafers and a good lipstick. I'm wearing Mac's All Fired Up."

When it comes to hot hair trends Hannah says, "Mid-length/ long bobs are really popular at the moment. Especially when the look has been razored through to give a shattered edge to the look."

Mel Pitcock is also an art director and her outfit is proof an all-black ensemble can look sleek and standout. Her cami top is from River Island, the textured gauzy skirt (LOVE) is from Urban Outfitters and the buckle-strap sandals are by Vagabond.

The pendant necklace was bought in Amsterdam, the watch is Rotary and gorgeous gold ring is from Hackney market.

"I do follow trends but I like to do them in my own casual way. I love really good denim so I'll buy from Acne or Nudie Jeans and team it with Topshop or vintage tops."

Hair pointers? A good shampoo and conditioner (like the Kevin Murphy range they stock) is everything, have a trim regularly and always use an Argan oil.

Ben Moth, art director, looks seriously stylish in his designer wares. He wears a snapback cap from H&M, black shirt by Sandro underneath a boxy top by German designer Stephan Schneider, laser-cut bomber by Common (the S/S 2014 collection), black trousers from Cos and Saint Laurent high tops. Pretty killer.

The black sovereign ring was his grandad's and the gold one on his little finger was his mum's.

"I wear all black all the time. I think it has an edgy elegance and I play around with texture to make it individual."
