New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2014: Day Four Shows

New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2014: Day Four Shows

Day four of New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2014 has seen some big-hitters take to the runway, including Herve Leger, Prabal Gurung, Alexander Wang and Lacoste.

There's still a keen emphasis on sexy cutout silhouettes, with laser cut leather at Alexander Wang, sheer panels at Lacoste, sheath dress cutouts at Prabal Gurung and, of course, sexy numbers at Herve Leger. Yep, transparency and skin-showing was a definite theme.

There were, however, some grown-up pencil frocks, too, even at Herve Leger - just with the addition of some cutout action for added oomph. The pencil shape is hot for spring 2014, also given a youthful kick with crop top pairings and fun pastel colours at Lacoste.

Silver metallics are also 'in', seen at Wang and Prabal Gurung, while florals are still in bloom, too.
