According to the Daily Star, the former Pussycat Doll said yes after turning him down three times before.
The adorable couple reignited their relationship late last year and it sounds like they are completely loved up!
The couple look to be setting up home in Switzerland, where Hamilton has a mansion, and by the sounds of things, a summer time wedding is on the cards.
A source told the tabloid: 'Lewis is doing his best to keep the news under wraps but he is absolutely delighted. The plan is they are going to live together in Switzerland and travel together when Lewis is racing.
"Of course this means her career will have to take a back seat for a while but she is ready to support him on the track.
"Lewis will be the main breadwinner when Nicole is not working and she will always have access to his private jet if she needs to travel. It is the ideal plan for both of them and will hopefully lead to a big summer wedding in August when Lewis has a three-week break from his F1 schedule."
Yesterday she tweeted how happy she was when her man got pole position at the Australian GP.
