A source close to the couple told People: "They are incredibly happy. They're very excited to welcome a new member into their family."
According to Just Jared, the couple met back in 2011 when Olivia, 29, went to see Jason's season finale of Saturday Night Live. They got engaged in January 2013, but have not yet announced a date for their wedding.
Olivia, never kept it much of a secret that she wanted kids with the funnyman, who is 38.
Hollywood Life reports that back in March she told Marie Claire: "He's so good with kids. I'm open-minded about how many, but three is like a little party."
