Renee Zellweger has not been seen on the red carpet since a Giorgio Armani back in New York back in October.

But the actress was back with a bang on Monday night and made a star turn at The Painted Turtle Present A Starry Evening of Music, Comedy & Surprises at the Davies Symphony Hall.

Renee, 44, attended the University of California Medical Centre charity function for kids in San Francisco looking fabulous in a form-fitting LBD, which she paired with elegant peep-toe heels.

She kept her hair mussed-up and tousled and barely looked a day older than when she told Tom Cruise "You had me at hello".
