Royal Baby News: Buckingham Palace Announces Official Title For Royal Newborn

Buckingham Palace has announced that the Royal baby will be known as the Prince or Princess of Cambridge - the first time this title has been used.

This means the third in line to the throne will be following in mum and dad's footsteps, as they are known as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge respectively.

The mayor of Cambridge has described the news as great for tourism in the city. Kerching!

Kate is expected to give birth on Saturday, although reports suggest that the baby could arrive as early as Thursday.

Plans are in place for the delivery to take place at St Mary's Hospital in Paddington, London. However, should the Kate go into early labour at her parents' home, the Royal Berkshire Hospital has been selected as a backup plan.
